New computer privacy laws make it more important than ever for companies to protect their data, especially via a dedicated security specialist on staff. To aid such personnel, TrainACE offers Columbia Security+ Training that is mapped to certification testing. Security+ covers everything involved in the implementation and management of in-house security technologies and policies, along with how to respond to security breaches.
This need for Security+ training is only growing, as evidenced by the increasing number of businesses investing in it today. As the importance of data protection grows, so too does the need for trained professionals who know how to implement it. What’s more, thanks to the DoD-8570 directive, many government employees in entry-level and mid-level Information Assurance (I.A.) positions are already required to have the certification to hold their jobs.
The TrainACE Security+ bootcamp classes are 40 hours long and available in different schedules: daytime, evening or weekend. Designed to prepare participants for success on the certification exam, these courses are taught by highly knowledgeable IT professionals with at least three years of teaching experience, along with additional certifications and continued industry education. By participating in the course, students gain the knowledge and hands-on skills necessary to pass the certification exam and obtain Security+ certification.
